Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting employees & visitors;
  • Answering/registering calls – receiving and forwarding calls to the correct departments and employees;
  • Attending clients concerns;
  • Providing basic and accurate information to the clients, partners, contractors
  • Filing in applications & forms, where necessary;
  • Carrying out general clerical duties.


Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience as a receptionist is desired, however customer service experience is also valued
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Polished, presentable business professional
  • English Language at a business standard
