All details relating to fees are outlined in our Terms of Business contract. For further information, please get in touch with your business needs and once agreed, we will send you the contract immediately.

We provide you with a replacement guarantee on all candidates sourced through Staffnode. Should a candidate leave on their own accord, or be dismissed from the organisation, we will resume the search and present additional candidates at no extra cost to you. 

Fees are payable only upon hiring a successful candidate. The invoice is issued to you upon the commencement date of the candidate. Therefore, there are no fees applicable throughout the recruitment process (i.e. sourcing candidates, receiving CVs, interviewing candidates etc).

The recruitment fee is paid by the prospective employer. There is NO fee whatsoever for any jobseeker to use our services.

In order to upload your CV into our systems, and prospective employers systems also, it is preferable for us to receive your CV in a simple Word format – and of course, in English. Remember, that the content of your CV is by far more important than the fonts, colours, borders and tables!

You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt within 48 hours. Also, all candidates in process having already spoken to us will get notified if they have not been successful and/or if the job has been filled. We strongly believe that simple communication throughout the application process is indeed common courtesy! Where possible, we endeavour to provide additional tailored feedback, especially if requested by the candidate.

Once you apply for a role posted on our website, we will then proceed to analyse your skills & experience in order to see if they match the requirements of the position you have applied for (as well as any other positions).

If you are successful, we will contact you as soon as possible!

In the first phase, we will invite you for a telephone interview or physical interview (or video interview), to assess your skills and experience further. And, if applicable, discuss the vacancy! If needed, a further meeting will occur.

Alternatively, if we already have your CV on our system, you will be notified immediately should your profile meet the requirements of the role.
