Her story begins in Sydney, Australia – but where it also changed.
Formerly working in established Audit firms in both Australia & Cyprus, and obtaining Master’s & Bachelor’s Degrees in Law and Business from the UK, Nicole truly encompasses the impact of a career change and following your dreams.
With over 13 years of experience, and 8 years within the recruitment sphere – she has covered talent acquisition within Cyprus, Malta, Australian, European and UK markets. Her clients range from Global Fortune 500 Companies, mid-tier firms and start-ups.
Nicole’s skills cover the full recruitment spectrum – full-cycle recruiting, strategic sourcing (entry level to C-suite/Director level), assisting businesses and building teams from a strategic + operational perspective, career couching, CV Writing, talent marketing and human resource practices.
When she is not at the office or helping people find awesome jobs, she is an active member of professional and women’s organizations, developing her newfound interest of social media/content creation and spends time with her two pups (i.e. the Staffnode mascots).
Her motto? Ice-cream: don’t say it unless you mean it.
