Our client is seeking a passionate individual to support the team in building a strong corporate function and be actively involved in process improvement.

The Company

It offers special expertise in most facets of company management, accounting and administration. The main areas of specialization are: Corporate Services, Accounts, Tax and VAT Compliance, Banking and Compliance and Operations. This business is renowned for all departments working closely with each other and the client to ensure client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Attending corporate client meetings and keeping minutes
  • Maintaining client registers
  • Co-ordinating and handling day-to-day client requests in relation to their companies
  • Preparation and submission of statutory filings as well as performing other statutory obligations as is required of company secretary
  • Liaising with various service providers on behalf of corporate clients
  • Collection and verification of due diligence conducted as part of KYC


Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in a similar role considered highly advantageous – on the job training is provided
  • Strong sense of urgency and ‘can do attitude’
  • Computer literate with a excellent knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written – with ability to communicate with professionals at all levels (clients & work colleagues)
  • Polished smart professional, to fit in well with team
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
