Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Affiliation sales results for all products
  • Monitor and analyse affiliate performance to measure affiliate effectiveness and work with managers to develop forecasts and models
  • Identify and cultivate top performers and develop incentive programs to reward key partners
  • Create monthly promotions and communications to affiliate marketers
  • Collaborate with the internal creative teams to continuously improve landing pages and overall marketing and merchandising campaigns through the affiliate network
  • Develop affiliate recruitment and affiliate program marketing campaigns
  • Implement strategies to increase quality and yield of Casino affiliate partners
  • Represent us at industry events and keep updated on industry trends

 

Candidate Profile

  • 1+ years of experience in affiliate sales
  • Strong negotiation, analytical and implementation skills
  • High comfort with data analysis and using data to inform decisions
  • Knowledge of affiliate and direct marketing best practices
  • Trustworthiness
  • Strong analytics and Excel skills
  • Fluency in English is a must
