Permanent full time payroll officer position, working in fast paced, dynamic team within a growing and transforming organisation

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently for clients
  • Managing a diversified portfolio of clients
  • Collecting, calculating and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
  • Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave and non-taxable wages
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies
  • Following policies and procedures


Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • A level standard of education
  • Computer literate with a excellent knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written
  • Polished smart professional, to fit in well with team
  • Attention to detail
