Key Responsibilities

  • Organising and prioritising the issuing of bills
  • Processing and liaising with clients, in connection to invoice related questions
  • Efficiently maintaining customer ledgers
  • Ensuring deadlines are met
  • Providing quality service to clients
  • Assisting with any other office and accounting duties as required


Candidate Profile

  • A level standard of education
  • Computer literate with a excellent knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent English (and ideally Maltese) communication skills – verbal and written
  • Polished smart professional, to fit in well with team
  • Motivated and team-player personality
